Determinación del perfil antropométrico y velocidad de lanzamiento en waterpolo femenino

Resumen


El objetivo de este estudio fue describir la estructura cineantropométrica y de la velocidad
de lanzamiento de las mejores jugadoras de waterpolo españolas. Participaron 13 jugadoras
pertenecientes a la selección española sénior, presentan una media de edad de 23.2±3.2 años, 9±2.9
años de experiencia, los valores medios del peso y la altura son 65.6±8.0 kg y 172.2±7.1 cm respectivamente.
La velocidad de lanzamiento sin portera desde zona de penalti ha sido de 15.81±5.18 ms-1,
de penalti con portera se ha lanzado a una velocidad de 15.43±4.13 ms-1, y desde penalti con desplazamiento
previo de 15.64±3.09 ms-1. Las variables peso y altura presentan valores similares a los
de otros equipos de ámbito internacional. El componente mesomórfico es el predominante. La mayor
velocidad de lanzamiento ha sido en la situación de lanzamiento desde penalty sin portera.
